Batista & her had some sort confrontation backstage that Laurinaitis saw & she later got fired sometime afterwards.. But Batista was dating Melina around that time.. So I don’t know why he keeps getting mentioned…
I thought Batista was just smashing Melina while she was dating Johnny Nitro (Morrison), somehow leading to Nitro being seen as lame for not standing up for himself. WWE never used him seriously again after that incident.

Yep

It took Nitro doing shit with Miz to find any consistent work in WWE

against batista?
i don't know if that would've ended well for him.

Exactly. Forget a fight, Batista has political pull as well. It was a lose-lose for Nitro.

Hoes gonna be hoes mayne. Lol

He, Matt, and Edge have done very well after being wit trifling azzz women.

Well...I should leave Edge out considering he was the one Lita cheated on Matt wit.

@IP360 your boy Bully needs to get 1D’d off his own pod

Bruh I literally was listening to that part coming home. Lol! Yeah that wasn't a good take.

But if I had to choose b/t Gunther or Melo...I'd choose Gunther. B/c Gunther I feel would bring that physicality to Cena than Melo. And the believability that he could actually beat him.

It doesn't matter who Cena faces. They screwed up the whole retirement tour around the time it began. It doesn't feel like a big deal at all considering the whole swerve at WM. I'm not even going to trip on WWE for this though, because I'm sure Cena was Vince's project, so expecting HHH of all people to honor Cena was never going to feel special. I bet Cena barely has much leeway in how it all has unfolded.

At this point I'm still expecting Cena to return at some point later on. WM should be the final match, not the beginning of a sloppy ending.

WWE's current deal with Peacock for their library ends at the close of 2026, leading many to wonder where that footage will go.

Fightful has asked WWE in an official capacity a number of times about the status of the library, and weren't given an answer. However, we spoke to a number of sources around the company about what they expect.

Those that we heard from expect the content to be slowly rolled out on to Youtube and the various Vault channels that WWE owns. It is believed that because of the size of WWEs footprint on Youtube that they likely have a favorable deal with Google. It is not expected that WWE will just upload the entire library. They've long been happy with the buzz that their vault channels get, and the return they receive financially. It's also internally viewed as a way to cultivate fans. We weren't told of any real change to Vault, just that there will be the possibility of more content appearing on those channels.

WWE Network was able to spin off NXT, documentaries, and PLE events into individual rights fees that have been very valuable to the WWE. The library ended up getting packaged with PLEs and Saturday Night's Main Event for the Peacock deal, and that element of the agreement is expiring soon.

When speaking to people who have been around the company for years, they said that the library just wasn't the specific draw that many fans thought it was. It was a big drawing point initially, and something great to include in the Peacock deal, but on its own wasn't likely to fetch a high rights fee deal. Another WWE source said that if they get an offer for the library that makes sense, they'll reserve the right to take it with the Youtube method in effect.
