These folks just killed sneaker culture just out of greed. I remember back in the day when I was a little kid, my father told my mother, he’s not gonna firmly invest in us getting the kind of sneakers that we want until we tell him that we want it. Then we started getting Jordans and all the other cool sneakers that we wanted. I understood that growing up, a lot of kids didn’t get the opportunity to wear the sneakers that they wanted, and they always had that in their mind. Remember, people are getting bodied, beaten up, robbed and hurt because you might’ve had on a pair of sneakers that they wanted and they didn’t want you to have it. So once those kids grew up, they wanted to double back and got all those sneakers to try to make up for lost time. The resellers killed it because in the end, I don’t wanna pay $800 for $150 pair of sneakers, that cost $.10 to make. Nor do I want to enter into a raffle to be able to get the sneaker. Nor do I wanna wait in line all day. So I got enough Jordans that I want. It’ll be cool to replace them here and there, but I pretty much have the ones I want.
