Growing up in Africa however... My dad especially gave me beatings of all sorts: punches, belts (heads at one point), slaps etc last whooping I got was when I was 17... But as I grew into an adult and he aged... He understood the dynamics of biology

growing up i knew a dog that used to catch five for anything. her pops did not discriminate; he solved everything with his hands. I remember, mayne i forget what she was doing wrong but pops came home went straight to the back yard just swinging all you heard was yelp! yelp! shit was brutal.

No but o didn’t get whooping like that growing up. My dad whooped us less than 10 times. I hated my parents being disappointed. Didn’t need a belt.
Never whooped my daughter because she a girl and I did t get whooped. I do think her mom gave whooping. I also felt like her mom would trip if I ever had to physically discipline her.
