It's a range IMO

Like those shows are letting the kids do whatever they want with no consequences and it's annoying as hell lol
 
I whooped my son when he was younger but only a handful of times when he got really out of control. Very controlled though and I didn’t even apply a lot of force. I think the idea was more scary than the actual act. I didn’t whoop him after about 10 years old though, maybe younger.

If I could go back I wouldn’t have whooped him at all. I lost the stomach for it after while. I’ve never given my daughters whoopings because I wanted them to know it’s not ok for any man to lay hands on them. Wifey gave them whoopings like once or twice then I deaded the practice all together after while.

It eventually did cause once I started getting older I wasn't getting in trouble like that no more. I probably got my last ass whooping in like 4th grade and I was good all the way up through like 8th. Then i hit 9th and thats when I started feeling myself on a whole other level but by then ass whoopings wont a option no more. + I wont bad to the point where my parents were having to come up to school n shit. I knew how to push the envelope without taking it too far.
 
First & foremost the muthafucca holdin the camera need their azzz whooped. They recorded more of the parked truck than the parties involved. Smh.

Anywhoo...I'm all for a parent puttin foot to azzz when needed. Sometimes a stern voice...look...or a talkin too is required. But if they still testing your gangsta...beat...dat...azzz.

I need context on the video tho. I'd wait til we get home to do all that. Also...the girl looked like she past that azzz whoopin phase. She seems like she's at that "snatch everything outta her room" phase. But meh

We all got stories of getting whoopings or hit with a spoon or something like that. But nowadays many folks are completely against it. Is it needed or does the black community need to let whoopings and such by the wayside?
