Now I think about it he's eligible for the First Sep Act (Obama's plan Trump signed into law) as well due to his age and he's a non violent offender. So with that plus time served (12mo), plus RDAP(drug rehab class that takes a year off sentence) and First Step Act

He'll be home in 8-10 months minus any bullshit or an appeal which his lawyers are drafting up already and will more than likely win
 
So he got 4 years for transporting prostitutes? All the other shit was dropped, but just transporting prostitutes. Not women being trafficked against their will. Working whores being moved from one location to another and he got 4 years?! That's insane. Definitely making some sort of example out of him. The fact he got off on all the other shit is wild, but I thought that was way worse charges than simply transporting girls to parties.

He was charged with transportation of male escorts (sex workers per the Feds) to have sex with Cassie and 50cent BM while he watched. He never indulged just watched he never paid for anything the chicks did.

Yes......his case can be used to set a terrible precedent. Like I've said before in this thread. If niggas have a at home bachelor party and one the chicks is from out of state and if you or whomever pays for a lewd act even if you watch. that could fall under the Mann Act if pressed about it
