Bro you aint never lied. I still holla at a couple of old heads that stay in my childhood neighborhood. I took pictures of the mess that these tenants did in their neighborhood. Its a mid to late 20 year old chick that stay at the duplex with 5 kids. I think 2 grown dudes stay there too. Instead of them calling the city to come pick up their trash. They leave it on the curb. What's worse is they scattered their trash down the street, towards an empty field, so it won't be in front of their property. Trifling mofos bro 🤦‍♂️

Suburbs: The property is kept up. Nice cars. No trash around.

Hood: Crackheads walking throughout the hood. Abandoned houses, corner liquor stores/weed spots, police aint in the hood when they should be.

I'll raise you one. My ex girlfriend from senior year lived over this way. It was fucked up back then, but gatdamn if this shit don't look like an urban war zone now.

Got reminded of this today… industrial parks = probably ghetto

Started a new job today, left for lunch and said let me see what the neighborhood around work is looking like…. Ghetto AF I said man I don’t think I have ever seen a industrial park close to a nice neighborhood 😂.

For some reason, this morning I remembered how me and my brother and our crew in the projects would find empty liquor bottles all over the place and we'd line them up against a wall and just throw rocks at them until they broke. That was "fun" in the projects.

Now I understand why an elder of the neighborhood would walk through the neighborhood to pick up trash, when I was young. I didn't get it back then but now I know

I took my middle daughter around to the wealthy areas out here and the very first thing she pointed out was that all she saw was "regular" American cars and Toyotas.

Went to one of the upper-middle class/nouveau riche spots and that's where we saw plenty of Lexus, Mercedes, BMW's, Range Rovers, etc.

It happens.
