Another sign you're in the hood is if you do see plenty of 8s and above, they are single moms with at least two children.

Real easy to get excited and immediately disappointed.
 
If you see folks wearing pajama bottoms out in public generally you know what type of area your in.

You don’t see that shit in nicer neighborhoods at least I don’t remember ever seeing it.

Publix = nice parts of town

General question I know Walmart doesn’t give a fuck but I can’t say I have ever ran across a Target that wasn’t in a decent part of town 😩.

Pajama bottoms are the style now for teens, so that has probably changed recently. I see that shit every where now.

In my city, the target is right below that Walmart, there’s a Starbucks across the street from them
 
Potholes and messed up streets mean you're in the hood. They don't play that in good neighborhoods especially affluent neighborhoods.

First Watch restaurant means you're in a good area

You were mostly right. They of course bought the cheapest shit possible from china and it ended up having a massive defect/quality control issue. LEDs started delaminating turning them purple. Last I heard is now we gotta spend more money to replace them again.
