The first lady they mentioned, Peggy Carr, was born in Cleveland, raised in NC.

She went to North Carolina Central University and got her Masters and PhD from Howard, both HBCU’s.

Where’s the concern for women like her, who chose to go to college on multiple levels at black institutions and as you conceded is definitely non-immigrant?

There was nothing in it for him to pardon Alice Marie Johnson. She didn't pay him. All it took to get him to do that is for a celebrity (Kim Kardashian) to tell him it was a good thing and he'd be applauded for it. He is transactional. He's also a narcissist.
