Vance will be at the head anyway since he'd be president. No idea if he could actually win an election though

The logic here doesn't make sense. Trump is basically the worst possible case scenario. If he dies, and MAGA looks at him as a martyr, so what? They already worship him. Nothing much changes in that respect.

I think one thing you're missing is that none of Trump's ass kissers actually connect with his base the way he does. If he dies, then the base would basically be split because they wouldn't agree on who his successor should be.

We're so far beyond being worried about labels now. WGAF about him being a martyr? The cult is the cult, and the only thing that has been proven is that nobody can lead it like he can.

I wouldn't be shocked if we started seeing stories of MAGA committing that after Trump dies. They are that far gone to do that shit.

At this point, what does it even matter. Courts keep telling Trump that he's breaking the law, and he just keeps breaking the law without any consequence. Trump has basically come into power and demonstrated that the checks and balances in place don't mean shit. Our system is fundamentally flawed. It basically only works as it should when the president believes it should. When a president comes in and decides he/she doesn't give a fuck, then nothing else really matters.
 
I don't think the cult dies if trump does. I could see the top ones trying to take leadership and taking each other out

Makes me think of when the mob boss dies. I don't think the sons can take over so maybe it forms factions within
 
On election night I had those thoughts that Trump might not live to see the end of his second presidency anyways but I’m not rooting for it. America already feels like it’s running on chaos fuel so what’s one more thing gonna hurt lol. I can’t see JD Vance winning an election for president under any circumstances but then again the Democrats need a real no bullshit candidate. I don’t see that from them right now.
