Well it’s good to know you stand w/ those gentrified DSA types.. What other areas of agreement do you have w/ them.. Do you think that if black folks who don’t support their favorite candidates it automatically makes them “low information voters”…Israel needs to be defunded though lol I agree with that
You babbling killaHow would you fill your free time in those to 2 months?
I'm seeing a lot of legit smart people wasting brain cells and energy trying to convince a moron he's wrong. he clearly doesn't want to be saved so you guys are looking like captain save an idiot. I know it's hard because everybody wants to feel like the smartest guy in the room but you're not getting any points dunking on the short kid.
I just don't understand why we can't just continue to build and have intelligent discourse and let these special folks feel uncomfortable in this space until they're willing to do the work of meeting us where we are instead of dragging us down to their level.

You've got owners of grocery stores talking about how prices are increasing because they're not eating the costs of the tarrifs. And they're still cheap. Literally looking at Kroger's site right now.

My question is "Where is this increase?" 'Cause we know damned well it wasn't across the board. Break it down and show us where these increases are. And increased as compared to what time period? 5 years ago? Last year? Since Trump took office? Too many variables to just sit off and believe a tweet that has no other information.
Maryland SNAP-Ed is housed within the University of Maryland Extension and receives all of its funding from the federal government.
In fiscal year 2024, Maryland SNAP-Ed received nearly $6.3 million in federal funds. The program closure impacts 700 community partners including schools, Head Start Centers, Judy Centers and other food access programs who will no longer have access to SNAP-Ed programming.
The SNAP-Ed shutdown will also leave 70 employees without jobs, including Lisa Lachenmayr, the director of Maryland SNAP-Ed at the University of Maryland Extension.
"I helped build this program," Lachenmayr said. "People love it and it's really a position where people do it because of the love and the impact. Seeing them lose their job and all of the families that will no longer receive our services, it's just really heartbreaking and challenging."
The SNAP-Ed program provides nutrition education through various methods, including alphabet cards, tasting opportunities, recipes, gardens, wellness programs and books. More than 424,000 Marylanders benefit from the education.
SNAP-Ed also supports farmers, food pantries and other food access programs statewide.
"Nutrition education is really valuable," Lachenmayr said. "We see a lot of chronic disease. We see a lot of obesity, so it's something that's just a really necessary, impactful skill and information that will be lost. I don't see another agency stepping up to fill that void immediately."
Harford County Councilman Jacob Bennett, D-District F, a kindergarten teacher, has witnessed the program's impact firsthand in his past classrooms. He said the program is currently in seven Harford County schools.
"I've spent my entire career servicing children in poverty, working in Title I schools, and programs like SNAP-Ed allow for kids to eat hummus for the first time in their life, or empower families to see they can cook healthy meals for cheap," Bennett said.
Bennett is urging local and state governments to provide funding for SNAP-Ed.
"We spend a lot of tax money on lots of things," Bennett said. "Helping hungry children is one of the best things we could ever do."
The inflation is on the producer price. Doesn’t mean it’s been passed on yet. It’s up to producers to eat it or pass it on. Grocery store margins are notoriously thin so eating it means taking a loss. They’re not going to take a loss. If this persists prices will certainly go up soon. And they're still cheap. Literally looking at Kroger's site right now.

Plus beef is already up 11%.
Prices are definitely going up, mainly due to lack of labor from deportation and tariffs.

Who discovered the field of science and math? You'd have to be more specific and pick something in those fields@amann
One more and if Google get these two right...Ill be done and I'll ban myself for 2 months
Ask Google who discovered science and ask Google who discovered math.
I already know the answer to be fair...I just wanna see if Google knows since you trust Google so much and use it for your source
