That's pretty wild to think a channel like that would want TNA, I hope it works out for them if so.

edit: I guess it makes sense if they are trying to capitalize off WWE's programming with the docs. I would think they would of went after NXT before CW got it.

Shawn Michael's ran NXT on A&E sounds unhinged as fuck

Also feel TNA wasted that AJ appearance when it was the main reason fans were hyped for this show. coming out to congratulate lower mid card talent and thats it felt underwhelming for his first appearance back. Who in TNA is making these bland decisions.

  • Moose was very banged up after his match. The apron bump did damage to his hip and back.
  • AJ Francis was okay after his ladder match spot. When we reached out to him for comment he said "big dick = cushion."
  • Mustafa Ali was said to be okay after his nasty fall.
  • The 4th Rope talent is not under contract to TNA Wrestling last we heard.
  • AJ Styles was visiting with talent backstage throughout the show.
  • Matt and Jeff Hardy signed and did meet and greets well into the wee hours after Slammiversary.
  • We're told that Elayna Black, the former Cora Jade is expected to be out through the end of the year at least. She's taking personal time away from the ring.
  • The possibility of Tessa Blanchard working against Gia Miller has been discussed. Gia has wrestled in TNA, OVW, and a variety of indies in the past.
  • The Trick Williams main event win was locked in as of mid-week, at the latest.

Deonna Purrazzo’s status is a little more clear.

Deonna Purrazzo hasn’t been heavily featured on AEW or Ring of Honor television of late, but she’s still got quite a bit of time with the company. After not appearing at AEW All In, many readers asked about how much time she has left on her deal.

Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp confirmed that Deonna Purrazzo’s current AEW deal runs through 2026, having signed a three-year contract with the company. Her deal will be up at the start of 2027.

Purrazzo last appeared on ROH TV, filmed on June 21, and was not brought in to Dallas for Starrcast or AEW All In weekend. When we asked in the company, we were told that injuries to others that delayed the ROH Pure TV Tournament ended up affecting her booking.

That was the biggest show they had since 2013 so something is working. They had to open up for more seats twice

I aint a fan of them chumping out their titles like that but I also think they're doing it so they can secure that better tv deal. They in talks for it right now

Having that wwe name attached to their shit is helping

Fucc it...I've always been a fan of a talent having multiple belts from different promotions. That shyt is like crossin...no pun intended...the forbidden door. Like the old territory days.

If you asking how this benefiting TNA...look no further than that ppv from last night. Numbers don't lie. I was never a big TNA watcher. Their ppv's tho consistently slapped, but I never truly watch it weekly. Their crowd...or lack thereof/venue just threw me off. Welp that's changed.

They're definitely benefiting from this b/c of more eyes. Not just from TNA fans, but also WWE fans. My only concern is that I hope they don't allow WWE to swallow them up. Or get WCW'd. But business wise, especially wit a possible tv deal...it makes sense.

Plus BFG is right around the corner.

Bottom line is wrestling as a whole is in a great place business wise. I actually considered buying the PPV and I never did that the entire time TNA existed.

The wrestling industry overall is in pretty good shape.

I meant it makes no sense by saying your guys are better than our guys. Do you think WWE would let an outside wrestler win any title. You think AEW would let that happen. TNA always getting lil bro'd when it comes to this stuff.

Their biggest show is BFG, that show is gonna break the attendance record they just broke. And that show will be the show where the good guys redeem themselves and take the titles back.

Because that's how wrestling works.
