Laying out the case showing everyone who Diddy really is and how he works. It’s clear that you can’t charge him for being a freak, but you can lay out a case and build on it to the end result.

This is clear through and through. A very tactical approach here. And no one wants it to play out because he gave us Biggie and everything Bad Boy.

The climax to all this is gonna be wild.

That's not it, at least not in my case.

You dudes are being a little obtuse IMO.

They could lay out that case without getting so deep into the acts. We didn't need to know that Cassie was choking on piss to understand that Puff was using physical violence to make her do things she didn't want to do.

You guys are smart enough to understand what it means for something to be overly prejudicial.

I'll give you an example. I had a long conversation with this chick that I work with about it. Her opinion was that Puff needed to go to jail for forcing/coercing Cassie into doing all that stuff. He's not on trial for any of that, and the prosecution hasn't really proven that he actually forced or coerced her to do anything beyond a reasonable doubt. They don't have to, since he's not on trial for any of that. The chick I work with is not the only person that thinks like that. I'm sure some people on the jury feel the same way, if they are ready to convict him off their disgust over the freak offs instead of the facts related to the actual charges, Puff is getting a bum deal. That doesn't mean he's not guilty. He's just not receiving a fair trial.

Now you can say you don't care whether it was fair. You believe he deserves jail and be fine with however he gets there. That's cool. Just be honest about that. Don't try to paint people as Diddy supporters just for questioning whether or not the way the case is going is actually legit.
 
I always thought Puff was going to get convicted on the prostitution charge. His defense has done it's job casting some doubts so far with the sex trafficking and racketeering....

I believe the Pink Cocaine will be what get him convicted. All this other shit should've been a Domestic Violence case way back when it first happened. Hopefully this will be a wake up call to women going thru DV to immediately call the police and or get help.

You're right. The only problem is that there's a crossover of people who are looking at what he's charged with vs people saying "Oh now you can go to jail for getting some pussy?" And also very much misguided on what the case is about in their defense of him. And like you said earlier is it worth being seen as being among those idiots? This is another example of people using the worst examples to try and prove a point that already has much better ones to use

I didn't say get rid, but casting doubt. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the sex trafficking charge surrounds more around Cassie herself, not the actual prostitutes.

Sex trafficking is forcing someone to do sex acts in this case that would be Cassie. Paying for the prostitutes is a separate charge.

Again I could be wrong, but that's how I believe he was charged...
