Aite man where did we go wrong?

We are truly under a curse that set up by GOD. I don’t care what nobody says. The amount of things that have been done to us and we are still here? That’s essentially what started it. If you want to keep going? I would say it’s largely because of white people. They made it their priority to go against us and to bring us down.

Feminism is one tentacle, one tree branch but it’s almost too much to name.

What caused the cursed and how long is it supposed to last??

The see eye Aye infiltrated the neighborhoods, brought in drugs , turned our females into hoes , stop & frisk got our men locked up / set up . Reagan starved our women & children. The system denied us job opportunities & training . Law enforcement harassed black drivers . It was systematic effort by the government to destroy blacks & set us back . Kids suffered & did not get a good education growing up in a chaotic situation.

“ Neighborhoods are just hoods now cuz ain’t nobody neighbors”

Say it quicky.

1. Why. Pee. Po.
2. De-segregation and trying to fit in with Why. Pee. Po.

My parents and grandparents talked about the latter all the time: the minute we could shop amongst white folks, suddenly our own businesses were no longer good enough. Even with the white folks showing open disgust with us being there, being there meant more to most of us than the seeming love and community we established away from them.

Renting being more common than owning
I'm going back to my original post.

No home owners taxes means the schools in that district aren't as well funded.

The area as a whole doesn't have as many resources. The incentive to open business in that area isn't good
. The opportunities as a whole are much less in an area with more renters than home owners. And at some point renting became the much more popular option in the black community...and I feel like that lead to a steep downfall.

Bro all owners of real property must pay property taxes unless exempted

Damn. Not one ounce of accountability in this post

We’re not some dumb ass people that just falls for every trap. We set our own too and can never be better with this mindset
we=community=accountability. well laid traps countering us financially? if "we" doesn't exist then "we" stays trapped not ever knowledgeable of the strength of "we". individuals setting out for their own successes becoming discouraged in formulating "we" is the very reason "we" can be perceived as being dumb. we're not willing to die for "we" as long as "we" are emulating tainted people. only time you ever see "we" is in black trauma carried out by racists. accountability in our community is like finding ground but then suddenly slipping on ice and oil, usually by outside sources out of our control. the most profound accountability we've ever seen thus far is Nat Turner and Huey P. look to Africa for inspiration. or how do you attain accountability when you look around and nothing is yours.
"we", always have burned shit down in a temporary subconscious revolution that gets diluted by need that constantly eats our revolts. until we slap the treacherous hand that offers need, we're always going to stay unaccountable. it doesn't work that a few poke their chests out proud and accountable. those are islands far from discovering each other. fuck this conversation

“And many nations will pass by this city, and every man will say to his neighbor, “Why has the LORD dealt thus with this great city?”And they will answer, “Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God and worshiped other gods and served them.”’” (Jeremiah 22:8-9)

“Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their own land, they defiled it by their ways and their deeds.“ (Ezekiel 36:17)

There’s many explanations, but the above is a clue… basically tip of the iceberg.

Truth is strange, but more familiar than you think.

Speak for yourself. My neighborhood not destroyed. You gotta leave niggas behind and stay around black people. My neighborhood like 90% black. No litter, graffiti, shootings....it's hard working middle class people. Everyone keeps their properties up and respect other people shit. Ten years ago we brought the house for 100k so it's not like only the wealthy live there. Blue collar people who wanna just raise their families and chill.

I live in a nice black neighborhood in Brooklyn. Niggas don’t bother each other. Shit nice and people respect one another so you definitely not wrong.

If you got 2-3 families living in a house the got broken down for apartments

And it's like 8 houses like that on the block.

And all the kids go to the same school from those houses.

It's like 1/3 the funding per child
.and those class sizes be over crowded.

30 kids in a class, and like 25 of them renting.

Where as in districts where it's more home owners, the class size is dramatically smaller with better resources.

I've seen it in real time when we had to transfer my son to a school in the city vs the county

It started when people stop asking how you got your dollar and started asking if you got it.

You gotta look at black people as the kidneys of America. Most often then not, before you experience the symptoms of an illness. Your kidneys are first affected and then the body starts to experience symptoms.

What happened to the black community was what was going to happen to America. We just experienced it first.

I mean look around America, everything that decimated us…is now affecting others.

Drug epidemic
Health epidemic
Homelessness epidemic
Education epidemic
Financial epidemic
Senseless gun violence

The only difference between us and the rest of America is that we’ve never experienced an overall high side to level things out. It’s not a black issue, it’s an America issue. It just affected us first

Soon mass incarceration is coming for them if it keeps going the way it is .
all of us alive right now are too young and can only imagine what the dynamics were in the 60's. the shits runnin' wild with speculation. unless you've got some older folks to have the convo, you're just assuming and making shit up

I’m not sure which part of what I said triggered you to respond in a manner in which you directed curse words at me and accused me of making stuff up.

What speculation are you referring to? That those things I laid out, didn’t heavily affect the black community. Were routinely ignored and unresolved and as an effect there is no solution as it now affects more Americans that aren’t black. Is the speculation that, that’s assumption?

Is the assumption that those things didn’t affect black people?

Is the assumption that integrity didn’t stop being a key motivator to financial well being?

What is the assumption and what is made up?

Black people moving from rural to urban ruined the community feel. Cities can be nice and neighborly but usually when you think about the big city it’s about getting money looking out for self. At least that’s how it seems. Minding your own business.

And a small town or small city people will be in your business you do something foul everybody knows and they know your folks.
in los angeles california, redlining was some real serious fuck a nigger shit. migration from the south for jobs was rollin' til white folks shipped them jobs elsewhere and all of them black people who came from the south suddenly didn't have that career job to hand down to their children. that is how shit got fucked up. when the first slew of folks got older and retired, the money just dried up for the youngins who had no one to show them the ropes that their parents never understood neither. white folks pulled the rug so fast.... there was no time to tweak the knowledge of how to sustain money and if you did you might've got shot down by some racist establishment putting on a friendly face. we had all the innocence of intestinal fortitude relentlessly slamming our drive against the wall of racism. white folks were cavalier and ruthless enough to film a lot of the shit. imagine what's not on film. i know if i was white i'd be sunken with so much shame i could only resort to a cognitive dissonance state. THEY GOT THE SHIT ON FILM AND STILL PICTURES!!!! somebody talking about accountability WTF???? crabs in a barrel is more than just theory, it's life as we know it. and getting out of it from this point is gonna be generational. there's not enough lebron james' in the black world to compound and arrive to something instantaneous. unless we resort to the ways of that african brother who kicked the french to the curb by force, we'll be taking the wait train
