Only have 3 minor gripes really

By the time the action started there was like 20 mins left

MBJ teleporting from fighting his brother to getting around the vampires and somehow snuck up on head cracka in the water

Just how they handled things outside overall during the end and I still don’t understand Sammy’s importance to the vamps and I guess I just wish the vamps had better or more clear motivations (unless I just missed it)

Outside of that, it was really entertaining, MBJ did great and at times I was forgetting him and his brother are the same actor lol and the mid credit scene with Sammy in 1992 really kinda elevated the movie to me

It was nice

If there was something after that I didn’t see it


I do want to see MBJ do more action though in the future

Naw, let it be one and done with this stand alone.

Love the entire team, I think they can use the exposure and profits, and tell a better story next time around....

I think the point of the movie is ain’t no such thing as “free.”

Either you’re a slave, a sharecropper, a nigga escaping their past, a racist or a vampire.

In the end your ass belong to somebody.

They explained why when the main vampire made his speech. He said he wanted Sammy for his voice. Basically he wanted a singing ass nigga to use to lure others to him. Also there was a slow build but it was worth it imo. Movie went from 0 to 100.

When Omar Miller hugged Haile Stanfield when she got to the spot I said "Don't hug that white woman" ain't nothing good coming from it. Whole movie turned from letting 2 white people in at different times
