I guess I’ll ask… where the f%#k is Black Lives Matter?

Let me break character real quick

Usually I'm on the opposite side of some of the thoughts expressed here but what I can say is, once you cut through some of the noise from MJ, knock, myth... There are some things I agree with in principle.

The methods in which they are obtained I think are easier said than done. It's really difficult to have productive dialogue about more feasible/practical solutions cause of the extremes that are being expressed but at a minimum,I can agree I think we all want the same thing
 
The teaching starts at home. If you have to rely on a teacher to teach your black child about their own history, then you're already behind the 8ball.

But do yall, I won't lose no sleep behind black history being left out of textbook, mines and my folks will be knowing about their own history and I suggest yall to start reading and teaching your kids about yall history

The shit in the textbooks are written by white folks and 80-90% of is far from the truth in most aspects, watered down. They telling half-truths in the schools anyway. You learn about the real hard core truth from outside of the school's textbook

I swear yall niggas be arguing against points nobody said just to be funny. Nighas are not against investing or generational wealth nor are nighas looking to be saved from white supremacy. What type of discussions yall be having in your head. Yes you can teach black history at home but you gotta actually know history and by that slavery in the US thread it’s evident niggas don’t. Homeschool kids when nighas don’t even like reading

You'll learn more from these folks than the average person would learn from K-post grad.

Those people, those elders are the people you don't want to erase, these people are the ones who are the real teachers, not the ones in the classrooms, that already precut their curriculums but let's not read our elders work, let's rely on those white teachers to teach our black kids. Those white women who themselves don't know 2% of our history.

Again bruh we hear you but it’s a slew of parents who don’t know the details about all these people. It shouldn’t be no reason why a school in a mostly black city shouldn’t teach about these folks already. The interest for any subject starts mostly in school.

With how little people know about basic skills and dealing with children , the idea that majority of people of any background should be homeschooling their kids and teaching them themselves isn't smart at all
