kendrick used to sound like old Wayne pre section 80.He mastered Wayne's style and outrapped him on C5

Wayne is great at saying how great he is,but not the best at saying how bad a specific other person is.

Wayne is still killing verses and no he's not wack at all now,but he would get folded up again like with Pusha.

Wayne got a lot to talk about ,but first and foremost all he gotta say is "Your man a 69 god and you with him and brought him in"

Kendrick not a surface /basic level writer. He is describing an emotion

And mad props to kendrick because he actually wrote and rap what he felt.

Most niggas can't even articulate they feelings let alone make it sound straight on a record.
