Ever since Wayne stopped writing shit down that nigga hasn't been able to to make music that means anything. He raps in double entendres but it's surface level. I love old Wayne but this nigga hasn't been refining his craft the last 10+ years.

Wayne stopped writing 20 years ago. The Carter series and all of those mixtapes came after that. To say Wayne hasn't made music that means anything in 20 years is just a lie. The quality has definitely dipped and outside of some guest verses every now where he still goes in a full Wayne album hasn't sounded good for a while. But the past 2 decades haven't been a total wash for him and he still can rap his ass off
