Not really gardening related but I am trying another experiment trying to make my own apple cider vinegar. I took two apples, some water and sugar. I put a lil shot glass inside to keep the floating apple pieces down. Got a lil mesh cover on top so it can breathe.. Pic 1 was the first day... second pic was after about 4 days. gonna give it a few weeks and see what happens

lookin good bruh! Id imagine you dont have to worry too much about pests getting in eating your plants since it's enclosed. How do you manage to get the plants pollinated tho if the bees cant get in?
The vingar is going well. After the two weeks you strain out the apples and then let it ferment some more so it turns to vinegar. I can definitely tell its working. Initially it smelled faintly of hard apple cider but its got a strong vinegar smell now. Next time im gonna use a bigger container
