What's the most yall are willing to spend on a watch?

The way my bank is setup in 2024, I can't justify spending over 5-6k.

I'll say no more than 10 for myself. Haven't purchased a high dollar watch atleast 4 years ago. But I have bought a couple of casio/ g-shock watches though.

Yes I've seen them on ebay and mercari for about $300-$500.

I had a guy trying to sell me one many many years ago outside the mall. Box and all i was hesitant and I was like let me go inside and see what they look like. Went into kays or something and looked and was like damn I think it was real. Went back outside looking for him couldn't find him got in the car riding around trying to find him couldn't.
Dude vanished or he got in the car and dipped. Never looked at them since then
