Do y’all wash y’all chicken before you season and cook it?

I usually get organic chicken.

Wash my chicken with lemon juice but if I don't have that, it's vinegar

I strip off all the access fat and use seasoning like paprika, basil, Gravy Master etc.

I put it in the fridge to let it marinate overnight then boil it the next day

Didn't even waste my time watching the video.

I thought this was a joke. She really just scrubbed that chicken with the dish detergent. I bet she use that same brush on her dishes
 
I do , I remove the skin & look for feathers on the wings to pluck . Then clean up with bleach

now I didn't click the vid


but based on the screenshot, someone pouring soap on chicken then going viral means that a lot of feelings were finessed to get to this point
