I usually get organic chicken.

Wash my chicken with lemon juice but if I don't have that, it's vinegar

I strip off all the access fat and use seasoning like paprika, basil, Gravy Master etc.

I put it in the fridge to let it marinate overnight then boil it the next day

Didn't even waste my time watching the video.

Ok got ya. Every time I do jerk chicken I'll grill it. And the only time I'll boil chicken is if I'm doing a chicken salad or shredded chicken tacos
