this is what I understand for me:
Beet juice, Ginger, Garlic, Kale/Spinach, Sour Sopp, Mint, black seed oil, DMSO (not a juice), Cherry (unsweetened), Avocado, pineapple.
Red meat protein fails to be completely substituted in beans and in vitamin form for sure. i think it's the fat in red meat that is one of the important drivers. i have gone without red meat maybe for a week and the first day i went back to it, the following day i got super tired from doing nothing. learned that the body uses a lot of energy to digest meat.
protein drinks assist in a small way in daily nutrition. if i drink 1 bottle and eat nothing, my body starts craving and reacting depending on how much exertion i get involved in; (PAUSE LOL), (running, lifting 25-50 pounds, twisting, pushing, reaching, contortion of the body, (PAUSE LOL) like what a warehouseman/trucker would be involved in for a full active day)
the 1 source i haven't gotten is vitamin D. i refuse to drink milk so i take that supplement. there's been times that i'd purchase the pack of vitamin/supplements that 7eleven sells that actually would give me a boost. (PAUSE LOL)
on top of all that, I occasionally detox with Bentonite and i routinely drink the lemon ginger Health Aid. and last but not least, Sea moss gel ( i mix in sometimes when making a juice.)
it's not daily and it's not routine. it depends on the outlook of any given day.
so, supplements in collaboration do work and i believe that when routinely using, the body eventually develops tolerance and that may be why someone might come to think supplements don't work. don't get me wrong, sometimes i drink a redbull. (i'm hooked on a lot of those flavors) and a Yachak when needed.
a lot of Dr. Sebi influence in here as well as my own research and other source info floating in the air.
