That's a hell of a rollercoasfer in 6 months...based on that alone you should wait a while. And also given what you said about how you're unsure of how to even show up in a way that would make a marriage work both individual and couples counseling would do alot of good.

If you see your self loving him and be willing to sacrifice what you want for what he wants at times, and hes willing to sacrifice what he wants for what you want other times, then gon head and get married.

If said scenario portrayed is true, the irony of you being a heavy night on the sauce away from making your own appearance on snapped.
 
Hoping for the best for you. Don’t think anything should be rushed but it’s on you and experience is the best teacher. I’d suggest talking with family and friends for opinions or viewpoints but at the end of the day you’ve probably made the decision on what you want to do.
