It's a BBC (pause) show, They have the first 3 seasons on netflix. The 4th just dropped, I watched it on Kodi.

Fair warning, its only like 3 episodes a season and they put it out when they feel like it. I think there was 3 years between the 3rd and 4th season. The episodes are a hour and a half though
