swear I was standing outside this morning thinking about not even coming to work

shit was perfect weather to fish or hoop or anything....kids out too so everybody was still sleep

it pissed me off on the cool cuz come Saturday it'll be right back wet and funky out there and we'll be in the house

I don't even want to think about it lmfaoooo. On top of that I absolutely hate the cold.
 
My co worker and I went to an artisan cheese shop here in town when we were out and about for work. I tried a bunch of different cheeses, shit ive never even heard of. Tried this cheese that had truffles in it and the rind on the edges was made out of vegetable ash. Was amazing.

Also learned that aged cheeses, the longer theyre aged, the more they start to develop these little crystals inside that depending on the cheese, all taste different. Tried one cheese that had some crystals that just tasted like salt, but then i tried this other cheese that had a real creamy texture, but the crystals in that cheese tasted a bit like caramel! Was pretty crazy. they also have cheese making classes at the store that im considering going to someday soon.

Also had some purple cheese that was pretty good. Was purple because it was infused with wine haha.
