I think it’s both, he is a shitty person and he has mental health issues.

on his first album he pretty much said he ain’t shit and folks over looked that because the music was good. Lmao.

you also can’t over look some of the ways he moves though. It’s obvious he has some type of mental health issues from the outside looking in and you couple that with even people close to him saying publicly that he has issues also comes into play

This quote isn't wrong but him being educated in what sense? His understanding too low for a lot of the topics he debate in. He needs to read books study why people hold on to such beliefs and pathways. The origin of these beliefs and it seems everyone is correcting him.
