I keep seeing people say this..yall never seem a person smirk or smile before a fight or before going off? Shit is disarming as hell and given how calm Will Smith walked onto that stage it seems like he's that type where you don't know he's snapped until after the shit happens.

Nobody is gaslighting anything. Strangers are upset because they don't understand the dynamics of their relationship and because of that they are upset that they don't react the way that they want them to.

This is a classic case of people not knowing how to mind their business and stop making assumptions.

Growing up If my homie said some goofy nigga slapped him when we see him again it's on sight. That was just the rules.

now as adult with a pension and responsibilities I'm going to fact check everything

It's funny because he's spoken on that meme and the idea that he was crying...but like it's been said the lie is more entertaining than the truth so people ignored what he actually said and just ran with the idea he was crying.

Again, what you're doing is gaslighting. You trying to paint this reality where a bunch of people are forcing their way into the lives of the Smith family and making snap decisions based on tidbits they find.

That's not at all what's happening. We've gone through several years of the Smiths making a concerted effort to put their business out there, and of them giving detailed accounts of what's happened. We've seen Will broken down with our own eyes. Even somebody like me who doesn't give a shit about any of this has seen it, because it all blew up enough that a nigga couldn't even go to happy hour without seeing them and their business plastered over every screen in the bar.

I'm not saying that people aren't letting their imaginations go wild or pushing their own beliefs for how people should behave onto the Smiths. I'm saying that the Smiths have put a lot of information out there on purpose, and their defenders need to stop acting like everyone who comments on that info is just imagining things.
