How can someone be an apologist for a sexual predator..........when it hasn't even been proven in a court of law that he is a sexual predator?

The proof was used to convict him. The issue at this point shouldn't be whether or not he committed the acts he's accused of because he admitted to it. The issue is the way the court system went about convicting him. The problem is that alot of you niggas on the "Cosby should be free" train conflate the two and often try to assert that since he was convicted using a method that shouldn't have been used, that means he's innocent of the actual crime itself. And that's where you keep running into your biggest problem when you try to defend him on this.
 
And it should never go without mention that...the cases in which people all of a sudden rely solely on a decision made in a court to determine if someone actually did or did not do something seems to only pop up during instances of sexual assault. Which is very telling.

The problem with a lot of........you.........niggas is that you're not willing to acknowledge that it doesn't make him guilty either.
