And it seem like every other day I’m hearing about a school here in Greensboro having to go into lockdown for a threat of some sort. They end up being non-credible but the shit’s been getting too close for comfort. I have one in elementary and one in middle. My oldest is at the early college at A&T so I don’t worry about him so much.

Yeah that's why i hated him at first but now I respect the technique. He always says "what's..." so he doesn't have to waste brain cycles on finding the right particle. They should have nipped that shit in the bud when he first did it but now it's too late.
 
My job be sending these alerts out and I am not sure if I like it or not. I like information and as my momma would say "being aware of my surroundings". But I also don't want to hear about negativity. My momma had a police radio scanner growing up. And she would be consumed with all the negative shit in the area. I kinda don't wanna know.
