Wow, yeah alot of cities are seeing this. Not sure if there is data but based off what I have seen. It's a like shift every 20--30sh years depending on the city/state. Like 30 years from now the rich will gentrify the projects or where the low income families live.

Bowen homes in Atlanta was the last public housing project and it was gentrified in 2010.

Idk how it is down south but here the majority of the inner city projects are on primo land so they came for it
