This was my first time making potatoes o'Brien from scratch. The potatoes fell apart more than expected, but was still pretty good! I think my mistake was overcrowding the skillet.

Yea, it's more sturdy and durable. And wooden doesn't melt so that's a plus.

Very light oil. But not a season with a lot of pepper cause it'll burn before the steak is done. I've done it about 3-4 times get it hot and lay it on in there. Don't take no time
