it seems the defendant has his "homie" in a tizzy and now is coming for my neck. this is why we are in court today.

if i may your honor present the Illinos code of ethic and model code 1.7:200 that states that this rule is put in place as a safeguard feature to stop a lawyer who was trusted with loyalty to now sue his previous client.

please look it up your honor.

and the fact this man practices law in chicago places him right in this and therefore he should be disqualified.
