Will R. Kelly's LEGACY Ever Recover?

I'm talking specifically about his legacy and not whether or not he'll ever be relevant again or have another hit.

So do y'all think people will ever be able to look back at his classics and appreciate them? or are they forever tarnished?

It’s always funny to me when I hear people say they’ll never listen to R. Kelly again to the point they won’t even mention his name, but then turn right around and say how much they love Marvin Gaye.

A lot of the canceling of R. Kelly I think is performative and it’s still a lot of closet fans. Anyone I’ve asked in real life says they still listen to him.

I do t think most know Marvin Gaye history tho. We know kelly

He had a voice and he could sing. Everyone knows that. ALSO he's a fucking pedophile who should have been on a sex offenders list since his career started.

If you wanna listen to him then that's your issue, other people don't feel the same.

We should be pulling cards on all the artists and producers that were working with him 2002-2010. But more importantly his card should be pulled everytime his voice hits a headphone or speaker. Fuck his "legacy" stop letting dudes slide because y'all like them.

he definitely on my playlist fuck yall talking bout everything aint black and white.. people can do good and bad. you could probably google a shit ton of folks who's creations we still utilize that were considered awful human beings..
personally I blame the girls and their parents as much I blame him 🤷 come at me
