Y’all got any resolutions for 2021?

For all the bullshit that came with 2020 financially this was probably one of my best years. Health wise it was some bullshit I gain a bunch of weight due being on a cast/boot for 4mos then covid hit nigga got complacent and lazy. Plan to drop weight and stay on this financial wave in 2021 and buy another house.
 
new year..and this will be my biggest and best year

currently finalizing a three week trip to Africa.

Kenya(giraffe manor), Tanzania(safari and possibly buy land) and Zanzibar(chill on the beach(possibly buy land or condo)).

sell the house in the DR(wife making me do it) and buy the spot on the beach,.

move out this fucking apartment and buy a house here in switzerland.

get back to 175...im at 220....fucking covid boredom. i need to get my cuts back on the rounded parts.

take intensive german courses to prepare to get my swiss passport

finalize and close a few possible partnerships

i know it sound like a lot of buying but this is my last year of working.
ill renew my contracts all in the first quarter and im cashing out by October

im retiring in the fall and live off rental income and interest, so i need places to go and its no place like home.
even if its multiple homes.
