I’m not sure Ten Hag would succeed in England - he literally translates Dutch into English like the oldskool generation did/does - I know Bielsa refuses to speak English or can’t speak it but Ten Hag just looks silly trying to speak it, 100 times worse than Van Gaal did...

Ten Hag with Bogarde and Reiziger in the prem would be goat though, training, tacticus and overal management wise that staff would bring some fresh footy to the league, due to Ten Hags background - worked in Germany, speaks the language etc- I think they’ll go to Dortmund...

Just going to destroy people's dreams like that during the festive period?

@toheeb27 @Nope @yung$

Where do you stand on the lampard situation??

I am lampard>>>>>tuchel

However if we can get the Ajax manager I'm Listening
I agree. I am with giving Lampard the year.

I like the rb Leizpi(however its spelt) coach.

Even levekusen coach.

Allegri is still out there, my challenge is I wanted a coach for 4-5 years. Still hope that is Lampard but he has to adapt tactically, last year it was the players this year we reup so get with it.

On sidelines if things are not going right scream at someone

Last season, post Covid shutdown, Lampard came to the realization that Jorginho should not be anywhere near the pitch and left him on the bench for most of the games down the stretch. All of a sudden, this season, he forgets that lesson and is giving Jorginho minutes.

Last season, Lampard was tactically flexible, especially with his formations. This season, mfer is missing all of his wingers and did not at anytime go to a formation that utilized 2 strikers at all.

It’s little things like this that is pissing me off. It’s like dude forgot all lessons he learned last season. He has regressed big time imo.

Still want him to see out the season, but I am losing patience with him.

Yup I agree with everything said
We have to give him the rest of the year, we also have to remember that we’ve been terrible during Dec for the last few years now. We also just came off of a unbeaten run lasting how long now? A few slip ups here and there doesn’t mean I’m ready to call it quits just yet.

As the coach though, Frank def has to step it upand make better decisions in-game, whether it be tactics or substitutions. He’s still yet to play Werner centrally during this whole period and we’ve seen how much he struggles on the wing.
Reece was just injured and we rushed him back when Azpi is more than serviceable.
it’s little shit like that, that has me worried if he can last through next year.

edit: yeah also as @toheeb27 said, what happened to the flexibility that Frank had? We have more tactically adept players this season yet we only seem to play the 433. What happened to switching shit up?
