I said no because they wanted to see Taysom play and give him an opportunity to start. You brought up why Taysom couldn’t start over Bridgewater last year. So now we’re down this rabbit hole because you didn’t want to simply accept that Taysom is playing because the coach wants to give him a chance and it’s not an indictment on Winston
And yes Winston is the Saints backup. They simply bypassed him for Taysom.
