I think the app I used is called Tag Scanner or something like that. I have it on a disc at the house, gimmie a few and I'll confirm it
You can't edit that information by right clicking the file and hitting properties then details?
Just looked, TagScanner is strictly for music files. I thought it was for any file. However what @Inori posted works too, at least on windows 10.

it doesnt help they are building housed closer and closer together these days so if you have a huge tree in ya yard and its over a fence or near a neighbors home, either get it cut back significantly or cut it down to less than a stump
I had to pay someone this summer to do just that. My house was the ONLY one in the subdivision with a damn tree in the backyard. Why the developer didnt cut it when they cleared the rest of the land is beyond me

They had to bring all the equipment and a dude had the harness on and everything chopping shit up with a saw while his podnuh was lowering it down with the rope. As he was laying the logs on the ground, another cat was grinding it up in the grinder.
shit, just had gutters installed. Another task I had to contract out.
