Making those improvements doesn't guarantee a democrat in McConnell's position would approve it.

Actually Republicans are making it so that this isn't the reality. That's why Republicans have been packing the courts for years. So that even when they loose power in The Senate, House, and Presidency, they will have a judiciary majority rule. Conservative courts across the country is still a win for Republicans even if Dems win the Senate, House, and Presidency.


That's why all of these hypotheticals about working with Republicans just in case don't mean shit. The number one priority should be to vote them out.
