Well then explain to me why Black people don't trust Kamala Harris. Keep in mind that the majority of Black people outside of California likely didn't even know who she was prior to 2016. So tell me why Black people don't trust her.

My nigga, do you not know how the internet works? A lot of people didn't know who Kamala was in 2016. They know now. Did you forget how for a short period during the primaries Kamala was the front runner? That changed when her skeletons came out. There are tons of articles out there. Here's one for example:

Kamala Harris and the California Attorney General's Office put people behind bars who happen to be innocent. Harris her office would also fight against compensation for those people who were wrongly convicted and jailed. The state wanted to compensate the exonerated citizens, but Harris and her office would fight and oppose these judgments and often times tried not to pay up. Harris did not see the wrongful convictions as a fault of the state felt that the state should have to pay, but at the end of the day. She had to pay those people who were wrongly convicted for the time that they had served.

Do you see anything in that passage about her not being an ADOS? Do you see anything in that entire article about her not being an ADOS? No, black people don't trust Kamala because when she was a D.A., she used her power to make moves that disproportionately hurt black people. At a time when criminal justice reform is one of the big issues affecting blacks, why would any black person trust someone like that. It's insane that you call Cube a coon for inadvertently being used by a bad person in his efforts to do good, but you are in here caping your ass off for someone who was in a position to do good and chose to hurt black people.

This bill passed in the House with every single Democrat voting for it. No House Republicans voted for it. None. The Democrats run The House right now. Sheila Jackson Lee is a member of The House. She's a Democrat. So this Bill passed in The House. So what's the issue?

The issue is the Bill has to also pass in the Senate. The Republican controlled Senate. Republicans are not gonna pass this bill. Also why is Ice Cube calling out a House Democrat for a bill that already passed in The House and he's not saying a peep about any Senate Republicans since...ya know, they are actually the ones who killed the Bill?

It's because Ice Cube is out of his element and right now he's just shouting shit and spewing dumb ass ADOS talking points that lack education and basic research. Look at his comments on that Tweet gassing him saying that he's putting in work. You don't need a bill to observe the effects of racism, you can find an activist, or scholar, that's already done that.
With the language of that bill, they could also dangle that shit over our heads for another 100+ years and we get nothing.
As it stands HR40 is just some open-ended, "we'll call you back".
