LOL! I’m a BTCmaximalist. DeFi is bonker$, tho. I hit the lotto with BTC and don’t research any new projects anymore. One has 21M coins and 215B MarketCap. One has 30k coins and 1B MarketCap. They are ultra rare. Also, unlike stocks and USDs, the total circulating supply of all crypto can be verified 24/7. So if the founder decides to burn 3,000 of his, YFI is $42k each. Basically, the opposite of a stock split. LESS “shares”, same exact MarketCap.

Basically, the only real money is money that is backed by something and deflationary. Think of a poker night where I‘m losing my ass off, so I drive to Walmart and buy a big ass kit of poker chips and return to the table. That’s what the Federal Reserve does.
 
Went and bought just one share of Tesla today since I seen it kept going up

Between that and my now 8 shares of Apple Im up $75 today ? damn near the rest of my portfolio in the red though so these are literally the two that kept me in the green today

I know we already have an investing thread, but maybe its time to change the name of this thread.

Maybe we can make this into a specific investing in the stock market thread.
