Back in my day you had to actually go to the store on the first day (which was usually a Tuesday).

Now all you have to do is have a phone and you can listen to it on day 1.

It's not the same.

I miss the days of anticipating an album, going to the store to buy it, listening to it with your friends, discussing the album in a cipher.

And then hearing/reading about how much it sold in the first week.


That's not anything like streaming the album for free on day 1.
