Oh trust and believe I know how to season my food but seeing how I wasn’t the one who bought it I had no say in spicing it up but it was good.
Besides I don’t think you have to be a certain color to know how to spice up your food.

Next time get them to run it thru the tenderizer then layer it then roll it, it'll look like a pinwheel. Try using a flank steak next as well
