You have to gradually build back up to your normal sleeping hours. It's kinda like eating after you've been starved. Ya belly has shrunk and while you may want to eat your normal portion or more, ya stomach won't take it and you'll end up sick.
Think of ya mind/resting as a shrunken belly. You gotta expand the hours it need to recoup slowly and in increments
