To be fair, the high mortality rate was due a lot to poor living conditions and savagery. If I'm not mistaken some of those kings from back in the Ancient Egyptian days and other early periods lived into their 70s and 80s meaning humans didn't necessarily have to have such short life spans. We see the same thing today in some of these war torn countries.

I don't really think that's true. I mean you're probably right that there are some. Some people don't like anything different in what they watch. I think most people dislike the execution of putting gay characters into things the like. Game of Thrones is a good example. In the books, there are a few characters that are gay and I've never heard anyone have a problem with them. However, in the show they added unnecessary gay sex scenes for no other reason than putting the gayness of the characters in everyone's face. That kinda thing is dumb. I don't think there is nearly as much objection when the inclusion is more organic. I could be wrong though.
