Trans folks and gay men are killed by DL gay men that is scared to be put on the summer jam screen.

So technically it’s gay men that is the problem when it comes to that issue.

:think3:
Exactly, and then they asking heter man for protection lol. Why are straight men getting blamed for gay/bi people killing each other.

You kill who you around right?

so you expect DL men who by the name are hiding it to have these conversations. What are y’all even talking about bruh?

i for one will listen and i said before i am ready to listen.

my issue is about like what most of yall say i have a problem with...is the timing.
everyone is angry.....and they still killing black people like niggas aint already mad........so in the middle of all this anger.....i take issue with saying what about when you because you are gay are already included and your gay dont matter.

i can hear you out......but i can say for me.....im angry as fuck at the police back home.
i dont want my people going thru that.
im worried about all yall getting home.

dont want to log in one day and see one of yall got popped.

so yes...in the mist of the anger......im focused.

there was plenty of time before now to have this conversation.

and like someone above said......we should be the leaders.

in order to be a good leader you must be able to follow and listen as well.
but sometimes in order to be heard, you cant be divisive to the unit.

the US military is the best in the world and have different units, each having a specialty.
is the airforce more important that the navy who allows the planes to take off from the carriers? or more important than the marines who are boots on the ground.

they are all equally thankful for each other.

so again...for me.....i dont care if you gay or like gerbils or whatever. if you black....i will look out for you and support you....but you can also speak up before now.
that goes for anyone.

so forgive me for looking at anyone crazy. im not going to say im right but now aint the time. thats how i feel.

make a place where we can speak about it....i would like to listen.
but what none of yall not going to do is say what black men are not doing. especilly when its a majority of black men getting killed.

thats not taking away from anyone elses abuse.

now,........

what is it the LGBT community and black women want from black men?
And after whats said.....are the same people willing to stand out the way to allow the men to do what the community wants?

lets go

so ask for equality nicely is what you’re saying?

and why you saying they could’ve been spoke up when they have for the past few years and y’all didn’t want to hear it. Y’all gotta be real here and I’m not seeing it.

I'm talking bout pics. I buy ppl can be tricked by pics. Fat girls been tricking niggas into believing they just thick with goofy angles forever. Average to less attractive chicks been tricking niggas with makeup since the dawn of time. It happens.

But do I buy a lot of dudes dating women and finding out down the line they were trans and had no idea? No I dont. I'm sure it's happened. Not doubting it never has. But the amount it's brought up as a concern doesn't match statistics or common sense. The way you can tell by hanging out with a woman if she's a virgin, a slut, young or mature....trans ppl have tells just like everyone else. A lot of trans ppl dont even feel comfortable around straight ppl to begin with so the question comes in where a straight man would even meet a trans woman in the first place. Saying you got tricked is some I feared for my life shit. It's a convenient way to get out of saying what actually happened.

Oh nah, I agree with that. I don't believe a dude can be in a long term dating situation and not suspect something. The incidents I've heard were more spur of the moment like they met at the club, messed around when they left, and then the person found out after they did what they did. Trans people do go to straight clubs though. That's nothing new. They aren't a large enough group to have their own clubs in most places, and many don't consider themselves gay so they don't want to go to gay clubs. I used to hit up bars and clubs with this bi chick in grad school. She knew the trans people in the area and would point them out to me when we were in the spot together.

See ....
Nigga is you going to state ya demands or be mad?

And we didn't hear then why the fuck you thought we would hear now? In these times?

Bruh you can't be serious.

*Takes deep breath*

You got the attention and ears......Make the thread and we can talk about it and throw around some solutions.

You’re not about solutions tho because you don’t think the complaints are legit. I gotta make the thread for what? You know my stance and you know it ain’t changing

I'll be honest I wasn't aware of the injustices towards the trans/lgbt black community as well as black women and I personally get stuck in the middle of things because I can get the anger, frustration, and stereotype of being loud, angry etc whenever you are passionate about something that's not being addressed. I also get the defense mechanism of being defensive when someone is yelling or being passionate about you about anything. It's like Stephen A Smith, he can say some real shit sometimes, but all of that screaming naturally tune some folks out.

Unfortunately listening alot of issues passionate black women and black lgbt has to say will require emotional intelligence, maturity and a place where their passion can be viewed as that and not as anger or loud or whatever folks viewed them as.

The only thing that I'm not for is name calling or disrespecting folks who disagree because it's counterproductive and doesn't help educate folks because it distract from the main objective and opens the window for disrespect and divide. But us black men really have to be patient and listen to their issues man. The last thing we should do right now is to tell them "fix their tone" on some J Cole shit lmao unless they are disrespecting you, allow them show their passion and listen to what they are saying. We don't know, we men, so let's fall back and listen to what they say.

where did i say they werent legit?
i said not right now.

this the shit i be talking about.

I wouldn't actually mind hearing the concerns of black women and LBGTQ folks. I just need to hear it from someone whose going to lay those concerns out in a reasonable and well thought out manner. Most of the times I've heard people speak on things, there is a lot of finger pointing, misrepresentation, and inaccuracy in what's being presented. I've haven't heard as much about the LBGTQ problems as the black women problems because admittedly I care more about what happens to black women than LBGTQ people. I'm not saying LBGTQ problems don't matter. I just have more vested interest in what happens to black women.

Like what are the special problems they want addressed? I know anti-trans violence exists, but as far as I know, if you commit violence against trans people, you get charged like with any other person. I know they might want to reduce the anti-trans violence, but there is no magic way to get rid of all the bigots in the world. If there was, black people would have done that a long time ago.

this shit is crazy.

so we are told we dont care or dont know.
we ask then we are told we dont care?

smdh....shit can be frustrating

and who is trying to change a stance? who said that?

we are trying to understand since we dont.

we didnt bring this up.......you did....so now we gotta chase you to say we care?

bruh,....cut it out.

we are not 12.

you called us out........now can you speak your peace?

where did i say they werent legit?
i said not right now.

this the shit i be talking about.

you can’t tell people to wait after they been waiting. They told black people to wait and we didn’t and we changed things. So keep it real you just want them to wait because you ain’t with it. Lol just wait ok

Going once, going twice, ok so nothing on Ed Buck? Ok cool.

Next up, is the LGBTQUDJFHFJ movement conducive to having a successful warrior class?

who is Ed Buck? That white politician who had a body at his crib and it was a black dude? So what you saying is the lbgqt community should’ve worried about it right?

this shit is crazy.

:foh10:you got it..........

Gay men have more of a problem with straight black men than the other way around.

You can find so many articles with them basking us than us bashing them.

I’m just saying. They want to be label cis gender and shit. No, we are way nature intended us to be.

And I black folks fall under the LBGT community flag right along with white folks because they see themselves as gay first and black second.

Black lives includes gays too. I really don’t understand why anything g else needs to be said. I really don’t

Lol at nature. Cmon b. Its 2020.
