I'm saying there's a bunch of alternative rap groups. Just because they "Transcend" the genre, it doesn't mean they're legends.

NWA reshaped the culture. You can easily see how NWA impacted the game. Same with Tribe, Kast, Bone, etc. The Roots didn't have a real impact. They're a cool group, but not legendary. Little Brother is a dope group, but not legendary. That type of title should be held for real legends who changed the game.
