I did that last night, hugged my daughter. I had to hold myself together. As soon as I picked my daughter up after work I took one look at her and just lost it. She started crying asking what was wrong. This shit is just wrong man. I’m sad af off of this b
 
i legit stopped watching basketball when kobe stopped dominating.....

from like 2011 on i have no idea what was going on in the league.....it just lost it's appeal when kobe wasn't at his best...

i think the lakers getting swept in the first round without kobe was the last straw for me........

this shit crazy....kobes prime was when i used to watch basketball faithfully....to say he was the poster boy for the sport is an understatement

I don’t know how y’all are in here talking about Kobe like this. I’m not knocking y’all it’s just that I don’t even wanna be at work today just from being depressed. I’m trying not to even think about it it’s amazing how y’all can talk about him like this and I guess still be okay enough to function. Again not knocking y’all I’m just saying it’s too sad for me to think about.

Like I said I never liked Kobe, but I really started to respect him more when he went on the decline. He just had that killer instinct. I see a few guys like Harden, Westbrook, and Luca throw up crazy numbers, but it just feels different. That don't snatch souls like Kobe did. I don't know if we'll ever see a competitor like him again. I think he was the last of the true competitive superstars.
