R kelly slid the number to her on the low and started talking to her and got her to come to his room 3 days later.
The parents were suposed to be involved ,but R kelly did a pass on the play,by getting to her direct.
Shit happened fast,plus ppl don't really always keep up or believe rumors or news about celebs.

i think you are missing the point.
a person who will turn their head to allow a crime is just as bad if not worse than the person doing it.
to me anyway.
