Read up about General Butt Naked (his war "nickname") of Liberia.

He killed over 20,000 during the civil war there in the early 1990s and used to torture, kill, and eat his enemies.

He received his name because he would fight in battle totally naked as he believed he was bulletproof and protected by spirits from death.

After the war ended, he converted to Christianity and is now a famous 48 year old preacher who was never punished for his war crimes.

Yeah, General Butt Naked is a weird case. On one hand, what he did was super fucked up, and it's kinda crazy that he's just walking around today unpunished. Dude should basically be dead a thousand times over for that shit. On the other hand, he actually really does seem to be repentant, and if the reports are correct, he's basically dedicated his life to making amends. So the question is, what would really be better? Killing/Jailing him for his crimes or continuing to let him try to do some good to make up for those crimes?

Cuz up until today, I've never heard of a black serial killer this fucked up.

Our killings are personal. Killing for sport is a white thing.

Even the DC sniper was trying to kill his wife, he just wanted her to look like a random victim of a serial killer so he wouldn't be the #1 suspect
