I don't believe in sequels but I love the POA franchise. Then again, I used to watch the original ones when I was younger.

Also, it's called planet of the apes because they win in the end! They get rid of their oppressors and conquer the world, lol. This is just part of the story of how they got there. The older movies show them running thangs.

I doubt they remake all of the movies though... So if you're pissed that the ones they chose to do center around the enslavement era then yeah, I get that. But it really is a tale of triumph if you follow the whole series.
